• We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is not processed until the shipping process begins.
• Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to the state of New York, and it will appear on the final invoice.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.
• When an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email -- you can either cancel the order or have us ship it when new stock comes in. The order will be on hold until we hear back from you.
• If you'd like to make changes to your order, we are happy to accommodate any changes BEFORE the order is shipped.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most items in ORIGINAL condition within 10 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, and we recommend using shipping insurance for your protection. Please notify us at returns@rowfny.com before sending the item(s) back, so we can keep an eye out for your shipment

All returns should include your Name, Address, and order confirmation number. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
